KonoSuba: Fantastic Days (JP)

KonoSuba: Fantastic Days is a turn-based RPG based on the popular isekai light novels written by Natsume Akatsuki and illustrated by Kurone Mishima. Although this RPG has a completely new storyline, it features all the same characters as the novels: Aqua, Megumin, Eris, Darkness, Kazuma Satō, and more.

KonoSuba: Fantastic Days has two unique types of gameplay; various battles modes and visual novel-style scenes, through which the game's storyline unfolds. The two types of gameplay are inseparable, and as you beat each of the game's levels you access new scenes that might have new items or new characters to add to your team.

Unlike similar RPGs, KonoSuba: Fantastic Days has entertaining battles with an active, Final Fantasy-style combat system: only you can take action during your turn, but the enemy might attack while you're deciding what to do. During battles, you'll have to face hordes of enemies as well as sustain attacks on the heroes you've sent into battle.

KonoSuba: Fantastic Days has plenty of characters to discover, with various character classes, levels of rarity and elemental affinities that create nearly endless variety. Choose from the vast cast of characters and build a balanced team of heroes to beat even the most complex levels. And if you're short a few heroes, you can get more with the game's gatcha system.

Overall, KonoSuba: Fantastic Days is a great RPG that brings the magic of Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo to the screen of your smartphone. On a technical level, the game is spectacular, and the battles are very entertaining. That being said, one negative note would be the overdone fanservice in some of the female characters.
